You Rock | JustNick Studio

Hi everyone! Yvette here with you today to share a layout that I created featuring the Background 2 cut file from JustNick. It's perfect for this week masculine theme.

I wanted to create some movement on my layout, so I decided to use only the negative space from the Background 2 cut file. I chose to use two different color patterned paper (Simple Stories) for this. Next, I arranged the cut outs, following the cut file design and run some stitching down the center of each one.

I added a few layers of patterned paper from Cocoa Vanilla "Legendary" collection behind my photo before adhering it to the page.

To finish, die-cuts and stickers from Cocoa Vanilla "Legendary" collection were added around my photo to create an overall balance.
I love how this cut file added lots of texture and detail to my page, by simply just using the negative pieces.

I hope you like my layout today and it has inspired you to create your own.

Beautiful | JustNick Studio

Hello friends! It's Yvette back with you today with a new layout I created for JustNick using four different cut files.

I chose a dark color cardstock for my background and added some white paint splatters to it. Next, I cut the Basket-weave Background 2 cut file from some white cardstock, and before I removed it from the cutting mat, I added some color to it, using a few different ink sprays. I used foam tape, to adhered it on an angle, while keeping it mainly on the left side of the layout.

The flower cluster in the Remember Floral cut file was also cut from white cardstock and backed with patterned papers from Fancy Pants Designs.

Once I had the floral cut file placed, I decided to create some movement on my page, by using the Prairie Flowers and the Leaf Swag cut files. These were cut in various sizes and then layered in clusters.

I finished the layout with some journaling strips, my title and a few die-cuts butterflies.

I hope you like my layout today and it has inspired you to create your own.

I love the happy colors and beautiful patterns in this collection; the designer buttons and embellishments are so adorable, it's sure to be a favorite!

I combined paper from the 6x8 paper pad, the collection kit and the Peachy Keen solid papers sampler (which is new, so no more looking for coordinate color cardstock)on this layout.

My Boy | Fancy Pants Designs

Hello everyone! It's Yvette here with you today, and I have my first layout to share using the beautiful Hometown Summer Collection from Fancy Pants/Foundation Decor. This collection is perfect to document those fabulous backyard parties, a picnic in the park or like I did, my son wearing this cute T-shirt (Future President)😄.

I couldn't resist using the beautiful Pursuit of Happiness patterned paper as my main background page, I just loved the happy vibe it created. Add a cut file from JustNick and used the Fresh Picked pattern paper to backed the largest stars. Finished the layout off with some of the cute die-cuts found in the Ephemera pack.

Happy | Just Nick Studio

Hello friends, it's Yvette back with you today with a brand new layout I have created, featuring the new Masculine Mesh cut file which is now available from JustNick

Our dog Titan is seven, and in the Summer, his favorite place is the back deck....we call it, his HAPPY place.

I really love the Masculine Mesh cut file, and knew it would make a perfect background for this photo of Titan. I cut the cut file on a piece of patterned paper from Cocoa Vanilla 'Legendary' collection. The cut file was then adhered to my background paper (also from the same collection) on an angle, using foam tape.

The Happy Words cut file was used to create a title for my layout. I chose the word happy and cut it out two times using two different shades of blue cardstock, overlapped slightly and glue together.

I didn't want to cover up too much of the Masculine Mesh cut file, so I created a few different layers of embellishments across the bottom of the photo, tucking some underneath the photo, while other was added above using foam tape.

I hope you like my layout today and it has inspired you to create your own.
