Fall In Love With Moments | Paper House Productions

Today I have a new layout to share with you featuring lots of Paper House goodies!

I used patterned papers from the 'Color Washed' paper pad to create some layers behind my photo as well as the beautiful prisms pattern paper also from this collection which was added to both the left and right side of the layout and stitched in place.  I brought some extra detail to my page by adding a couple strips of washi tape which was place alongside the pattern paper.

To the bottom left hand corner of my photo, I created a cluster of fussy cut flowersKawaii Hearts Faux Enamel stickers and a button.

I added another smallest cluster to the top of my photo which included my title, a few more fussy cut flowers, stickers and a button.

Fun with Squares | My Creative Scrapbook - October Tutorial

Hi My Creative Scrapbook Friends! Today I am super excited to share two of my projects I created using squares and the gorgeous October main kit. So are you ready to have some fun with squares!!!
Okay, let's get started :)

For my first page, I picked several square punches in different sizes and cut out multiple squares from a variety of patterned papers.

I played around with the squares for a bit, until I found the design I love. I decided to arranged all of the squares down the left hand side and along the bottom of my page to create a large L. I attached them to the background using both glue and foam adhesive.

Next, I added my photos.

For the title I used a combination of foam letter stickers found in this month's main kit and one of the chipboard stickers from the 'Forever Fall' collection. Just a few embellishments as well as some paint splatter were need to complete this layout.

Now for my second project.....

For this page a 2x2 inch paper punch was used to create my squares.

For my background I chose the 'Be Grateful' (denim look) patterned paper. Next, I drew a 7 1/2 inch circle which act as a guideline for me to follow. I started arranging the squares to slightly overlap one another and then finish off with some machine stitching.

I created a pretty cluster of embellishments on the bottom right hand corner of the photo.  The cluster includes a few fussy cut flowers, stickers and a couple of buttons.

I matted my photo with one of the cut apart pieces from the 3x4 Elements patterned paper and on the left side of the photo I added one of the die-cut label found in the Ephemera Bits and Pieces 'Forever Fall' collection.

I added my title using the foil foam letter stickers found in this month's main kit and use a marker to change it from gold to black which worked so much better for my page.

I finished the layout off by adding a bow made from the burlap ribbon also included in this month's main kit and some more white paint splatters.

I hope you felt inspired today and if you're not a subscriber yet, give it a try. The kits are all so beautiful and you will not regret it!!!!

Ninja Boy | Paper House Productions

Hi My Scrapping Friends!

This week over at Paper House, the design team will be sharing their Halloween projects...

I started with a white cardstock background. Next, I created some layers by combining patterned paper from the Wicked Good collection and the Little Man paper pad. To create a bit more interest on my layers I added the Cobwebs acetate paper and adhered it down with some machine stitching. I also decided to add a strip of Trouble is Brewing patterned paper down the left hand side of the page.

As I was looking around for a cut file for my layout, an idea came to mine, if I can add a frame to sit on top of my photo it would allow me to hide some of the kids in the background. The Picture Perfect cut file worked perfectly for this.

On the left side of the photo, I added a few fussy cut sentiment from the cut apart sheet ( Wicked Good Tag ) as well as some of the Wicked Spooky cardstock stickers

In the bottom right corner of the photo I created a cluster of embellishments that includes a few more Spooky cardstock stickers and a couple of 3D stickers from the Wicked Good collection.

I decided to use another cut file from the Cut Shoppe which had a set of Halloween images and arrange them down the left side of my page.

I finished the layout off by adding my title and a few more stickers .

Thanks for stopping by today! I hope I inspired you to create something beautiful using your Paper House products!

Happy Fall | My Creative Scrapbook

Hi My Scrapping Friends!

It's time to start sharing my October layouts with you using this month's main kit from My Creative Scrapbook. The main kit this month is featuring the beautiful 'Forever Fall' collection from Simple Stories....the rich beautiful Fall colors in this kit, as well as all the embellishments will make it so easy to document all of your family Fall tradition.

I used the lovely 'Changing Leaves' patterned paper as well as the reverse side (the Black & White checkerboard print) for my background.

Next, I created some layers behind my photo using a couple of cut apart pieces from the '4x6 Vertical Elements' patterned paper as well as a tag sticker.

Along the left hand side of my photo I created a beautiful cluster of embellishments that included a couple of die-cut leaves, a few stickers as well as several pieces of ephemera die-cuts from the 'Forever Fall' collection. I also added a few sentiment strips below the photo.

I added my title using the-happy fall-cardstock stickers from the collection.

I used a leaf template to create an outline around the tree trunk and was really happy with how this turn out!

I finished the page off with a few scatter leaves and added some stitching to them before adhering them down.

I hope you felt inspired today and if you're not a subscriber yet, give it a try. The kits are all so beautiful and you will not regret it!!!!
