The Great Outdoors - 49 and Market - Campfire Memories Collection

 

I absolutely love the beautiful artwork on the patterned papers from the Campfire Memories Collection; it is truly breathtaking. When I came across the Scenic Lake on the jetty patterned paper, I immediately knew which photo would go perfectly with it. Once I decided where to place my photo, the layout came together quite easily.

I used the scene on the paper as a base and started adding layers with laser-cut pieces, a rub-on for my title, and a stamp from the Outdoor Essentials Stencil & Stamps set by Sizzix/49andMarket, and I'm loving how it turned out!

 Today, I'm excited to share a fun layout featuring The Quiet Observer collection from 49 and Market. This collection has a beautiful, distressed vintage design that can highlight any garden events or your love for nature. I also used the Sizzix/49 and Market Linotype Stamp and Revival Dies to create a cute title featuring an adorable, barred owl peeking at me.

I started by mixing patterned papers from the 12x12 Solids pack and the 12x12 collection pack to make the base and strips. The faux-stitching and worn edges on the frames from the Chipboard and Frame Set add a special touch to my photos. These little details help my photos stand out even more.

I used pieces from the Laser Cut Elements and Wildflowers to make a few clusters that highlight my photos. To finish, I added some Beautiful Rub on Transfers to give the layout a nice flow.

Fairytale | 49 and Market - Mouse & Co. Collection

Hello everyone! 

If you're a big Disney fan with plenty of memorable photos to document, you're going to love the 49 and Market new Mouse and Co. Collection designed by Michelle Coleman. With its vintage Disney feel and beautiful watercolor design, it's the perfect choice for any project.

I started my layout with the beautiful Find Magic patterned paper as the base. I then ripped a strip from the colorful Magic Memories patterned paper and attached it to the left side of the page, allowing me to tuck some of the fabulous embellishments underneath. 

To add some extra flair, I used the stunning fireworks rub-ons on top of some mixed media created with 49andmarket and Ranger Dye Inks. This combination resulted in a beautiful, layered effect that adds depth to my project. 

A piece of the bonus sheet from the 12x12 collection was cut to 4.5 x 10 inches and used as a backing for my photos and then embellished. I finished the layout with a small cluster of banners in the upper right corner and added a few more rub-ons for extra detail.

Homemade | 49 and Market - Country Heart Cafe collection

 

Hello, 49andMakert fans!

I am loving the beautiful, warm hues in the Country Heart Cafe collection; it has a cozy cottage vibe that transports you to that cozy corner, sitting with a book in hand and a warm drink. Today, I'm using it to document my love for baking.

I started by choosing the Bean There pattern paper from the 12x12 collection for my background. Next, I cut two pieces from the 12x12 Solid collection, layered them with a die-cut piece, and placed my photo on top to create a meaningful focal point.

To enhance the layout, I combined elements from both the laser cuts and die cuts to create a few small clusters that add depth and interest. I utilized the new Archiver's glue from 49 and Market to securely adhere these elements, which helped establish a beautiful flow throughout the design. For the title, I chose the 49 and Market / Sizzix "This or That" Alphabet and positioned it at the top of the page. Then, I added my journaling along with a few awesome Rub-Ons that I really love, "especially the staple ones," just to finish the page off nicely.

Today, I'm excited to share my layout using the 49 and Market new Level Up collection. The stunning graphic artwork truly inspires creativity. This collection provides all the essential elements needed to document the enthusiastic gamer or athlete in your family, making it a valuable addition to your crafting supplies. 

When I saw the paper with the colorful keyboard design titled "Game Addict," I instantly knew it would be the perfect base for my layout. It captures the priceless moment when my son walked into the kitchen and spotted the box with his new PS5 sitting on the counter!

I added one of the beautiful frames from the Ephemera & Frames Set, embellished with silver foiling, to the larger photo and backed the smaller photo with the Solids 1 paper. Then, I layered in some cool Laser Cuts, Chipboard Sentiments, Ephemera pieces, and a few awesome Gamer Rub-On Transfers to really bring the page together.

Travel | 49 and Market | Travel Diaries Collection

 Hi friends! 

I used the beautiful Travel Diaries Collection to highlight the wonderful day we had on vacation in Atlantis. The Journal pattern paper from the 12x12 collection provides a great starting point for my layout. Next, I chose Sheet 1 from the 12x12 Solids Collection Pack, cut it to 5x6.5 inches, created a sunburst, distressed the edges, and placed it on the left side. To the right, I added one of the cut-apart cards from the All-Aboard pattern paper and then added my photos. 

The addition of the film strip, baggage ticket, and various charming vintage travel icons enhances the layout's overall appeal. A Rub-On title adds another delightful layer to this page.

On this page, I used the Tag It Framelits Dies and Clear Stamps from Sizzix/49 and Market to create a functional tag for my journaling. This approach not only enhances the visual appeal but also provides a dedicated space for my thoughts and reflections.

It's Time to Celebrate | 49 and Market - Glimmer and Glee Collection

 If you're looking for a beautiful and playful collection to document a milestone celebration, the Glimmer and Glee collection is a must-have! With adorable hot air balloons and cute kites, all wrapped up in a soft color palette, it's perfect for creating sweet memories that you'll cherish forever.

I began with the Celebrate pattern paper and added horizontal strips at the top of the layout. Below that, I placed three photos, with one of the stunning frames from the collection over the middle picture. 

From the Ephemera & Frames pack, I selected a ledger scrap for my journaling. I added a chipboard title and started building lovely layers of laser-cut elements, along with one of the gorgeous sentiment Rub-Ons.

Hello 49 and Market fans!

The vintage essence of the Faded Memory Lane collection provides a wonderful backdrop for documenting my husband's grandparents' wedding photo from July 1926.

For my layout, I chose the Field Report patterned paper as the base and created a grid-style design with layers. I backed the photos with pieces from the 12x12 Solids collection, along with tags and a vintage filmstrip. Along the bottom of the page, I arranged a mix of Wildflowers laser-cut elements, including moths, coneflowers, and leafy foliage, paired with journaling to enhance the visual effect.

In the top right corner, I placed a cluster of Wildflowers Laser Cuts and used the Timeless Word card as the title. Below it, I added another sentiment to tie everything together. To finish the layout, I included some Rub-Ons for added detail.

Awesome Pic. | 49 and Market - From the Garden Collection

 

Hello 49 and Market friends!

I love the warm, nostalgic feel of the tea-stained effect on the solid 1 sheet from the "From the Garden" solids collection, so I decided to use it as the base for my project. To enhance the design, I combined patterned papers from both the 12x12 collection and the 12x12 solids pack to create triangles. I placed two triangles in the upper-left corner and one in the bottom-right corner, and I added some machine stitching along the bottom edges.

I used the die-cut of the shed as a backing for my photo, framed it with the arched window frame, and embellished it with a few pieces from the Laser Cut Wildflowers. I crafted a title using the 49andMarket/Sizzix "This or That" Alphabet, positioning it diagonally across the page. To enhance the visual impact, I added wild floral clusters below the letters.

To balance the page, I created a large cluster of embellishments in the bottom-right corner and finished off the design with some ink-spatter stamping for added texture and artistic flair.

Hello friends!

The 49 and Market Artful Moments collection is a fantastic way to capture my son's first art project, and he truly enjoyed the experience! I selected the soft, faded floral pattern paper from the 12x12 Paper Pad as the background, which beautifully complemented the other elements. Additionally, I layered two 4x8 pieces from the 12x12 Staples Paper Pack behind my photos to create depth and enhance the overall presentation. This collection really makes it easy to showcase cherished memories!

I find that adding Blendable Rub-On Transfers to my projects can greatly enhance their visual appeal. The distressed textures in this collection are particularly effective and complement the Art Icons and Titles Ephemera Set beautifully. Additionally, the intricate details in the Laser Cut Elements, such as the art brushes at the bottom of the title and the stitched tag next to the photo, add valuable texture and help your work truly stand out. Consider incorporating these elements to enhance your designs and take them to the next level!

Hello 49 and Market Friends!

I had a great time using the new 49/Ranger ink pads to create a unique mixed-media background for my layout. After making the background, I cut it into a 10-inch square and framed it with Alpine Retreat patterned paper.

For the larger photo, I used the Fireplace paper as a backing and tucked two antique tickets behind it, which added a nice touch. The smallest photo was framed with one of the beautiful frames from the Ephemera & Frames pack and set in place.

To enhance the layout's depth and playful feel, I added layers of Rub-On Transfers, tags, a couple of woodgrain arrows, Laser Cut Floral pieces, and some of the cute animals from the Element Set. Love You | 49 and Market - The Looking Glass Collection

Hello everyone!

The pastel colors in 49 and Market The Looking Glass collection are so pretty and really capture that spring vibe! For my page title, I cut strips from some of the awesome solids in The Looking Glass Solids collection. I used the Sizzix/49 and Market This or That Thinlits Dies Alphabet and the Tag It Clear Stamps. This combo really takes the design up a notch and adds a nice touch to my project.

When it comes to creating layers, this is where the real fun begins! There are so many wonderful elements to incorporate, such as the cute ladybugs, vine frames, and the intricately cut wildflowers from the Laser Cut Elements/Wildflowers pieces. Don't forget to include the fabulous Blendable Rub-Ons, too. By applying these layering techniques, you'll bring your design to life, making it not only more visually engaging but also more dynamic and appealing overall.

Sparkle & Shine | 49 and Market - Plume & Petal Collection

 Hello 49 and Market fans!

I love a good grid design, so when I came across the journal paper "Radiant" in the collection, I knew it would be perfect for this layout. I cut the paper into sections and added hand-stitching to enhance the layout's texture and visual interest.

To make some sections of the journal more engaging, I also included Rub-On Transfers. The pieces from the Ephemera & Frames not only serve as excellent photo backgrounds but also work well as embellishments. For my photo background, I selected a card from the pack and paired it with the Joy pattern paper.

The beautiful elements from the Laser Cut Element Set, along with the charming Chipboard Sentiments title, truly make my photo stand out. Designing this layout feels like creating a blooming garden around the bottom of my photo, and I love watching it come to life.
