Hello Summer | Fancy Pants Designs

 

Hi crafty friends! Today I am back with another layout for Fancy Pants Designs using the beautiful Hometown Summer collection.

I love patterned papers, but with so many options, you can get a bit overwhelmed when trying to select multiple papers to use on you project. So way not use a large title cut file (JustNick) like I did here. I just selected a few pieces of patterned paper from the Hometown Summer collection, which I think would work nicely together, to back the opening in the hello summer cut file.

Hello friends! Yvette here with you today to share a layout that I created featuring the beautiful Spring Wreath 2 cut file from JustNick Studio. It was perfect for documenting this photo of my son playing with his bubble mower.

First, I cut the Spring Wreath cut file from white cardstock and instead of backing the entire cut file I decided to only back the flowers using paper 13 from Paige Evans Wonders collection. Once the flowers were backed, I added Prima Pastel Dreams watercolor to the leaves and set aside to dry.

 For my background, I added some mixed media to a piece of white cardstock and then trimmed an inch off the sides. Next, I distress the edges and a machine stitched border was added before adhering it to the yellow polka dot pattern paper.

I glued the Spring Wreath onto my mixed media background, add my photo, a phrase title, as well as a few pieces of die-cuts flowers from Paige Evans Wonders collection and this page was finish!

Hi everyone!  Here's another layout for Fancy Pants Designs using the Peachy Keen collection.

 
I love the pattern and colors in this collection and created this awesome boy's layout using a cut file from JustNick and a few pieces of embellishment. My inspiration for this page all started with those adorable sunglasses and soda pop icons.

 
It helps to think outside the box sometime, when looking at a collection, here I used the Peachy Keen collection to document a football game outing. Probably not your first thought with this line, but it turned out just as I hope!

Going in Circles Background cut file-JustNick Studio 

Capture Every Moment | JustNick Studio

 

Hello friends! It is Yvette back with you on the blog today to share a brand new layout. I used a few different cut files from the JustNick store to document these adorable photos of my son who was about 9 months at the time, playing on the kitchen floor. 

First I used the Rainbow Background to create the background for this page. I cut the cut file out of a sheet of colorful brushstrokes patterned paper from Paige Evans Wonders collection and then glued it onto some white cardstock. 

  

Next, I used the Capture Every Moment cut file and cut it out of white cardstock. Black paint was added to the Capture Every Moment sentiment and used as my title. I then backed the polaroid frames with my photos and some machine stitching was added for texture.

  

Once I had my photos and title arranged exactly where I wanted them, I decided to add the Leaf Swag cut file, and cut it out from some white cardstock to use as filler around my photos.  To complete this layout I just added a few fussy cut butterflies and some die-cut flowers from Paige Evans Wonders collection.
