The Perfect One | Paper House Productions

Hi My Scrapping Friends!

Today I'm sharing a Fall layout for Paper House Productions
The beautiful earth tone colors found in the Great Outdoors collection were perfect to use in documenting these photos of Max, finding the perfect pumpkin. I started by adding some layers behind my photos using a few patterned papers from the collection. I also adding some machine stitching around the perimeter of the wood grain paper and love the added texture this create.

I chose to use all of the Pumpkins Puffy Stickers and a few Die-Cut leaves to embellish my layout.

A cut file were use to create a title and place on an angle at the top of my photos.

I love how this page turned out and couldn't believe how quickly it all came together.

Thanks for stopping by today! I hope I inspired you to create something beautiful using your Paper House products!

Sweet Memories | My Creative Scrapbook

Hi My Creative Scrapbook Friends! Yvette here today with a step-by-step tutorial using the August main kit!   I often turn to a sketch or a cut file for inspiration when creating a layout, so I'm super excited to incorporate both this month's cut file and sketch to document a sweet moment between my son and his Grandmother.

Here's a look at this month's fabulous sketch designed by Laura Whitaker!

August cut files....

Gather all my supplies....

I started by matting my photos with the reverse side of the 'Bloomed' patterned paper from the 'Full Bloom' collection by Kaisercraft.

Next, I started building my layers behind my photos...patterned papers, a couple of tags, as well as one of the cut aparts journaling card which I fussy cut and tucked it underneath the bottom edge of my photos.

You will notice there's a mixed media background on the sketch, I achieve this by bring in a few different colors ink splatters.

I chose to use multiple images from this month's cut file, to create a title and to fill in some of the white space at the top of the layout.  I cut the clouds and the sun from some patterned paper and love the extra detail and interest this added, when arrange around my title.

I created a small cluster along the top of my photos using some of the cardstock stickers as well as one of the chipboard sticker from the 'Bloom' collection.

To the right of the photos I added another small cluster of cardstock stickers. I added some foam tape underneath a few of stickers to lift them and give them some extra dimension. I also added the 'Love.be Love.repeat' cardstock sticker directly below the bottom of my photo strip.

I finished the page off with some enamel dots!

Thanks for stopping by :) xx

I hope you felt inspired today and if you're not a subscriber yet, give it a try. The kits are all so beautiful and you will not regret it!!!!

The Great Outdoors | Paper House Productions

Hi My Scrapping Friends!

Today I'm back to share a layout that I created for this week boys challenge over at Paper House Productions!

Christine challenge a few of the designers to create a fun boys page with minimal supplies. Here are the supplies we were asked to use...Patterned papers, letters and Cardstock stickers from the Great Outdoors collection, Mom Boys 3D stickers,Washi Tape, Cut File and Mist!

I started by using the Wood Grain patterned paper as a base for my layout. I then selected a cut file, arranged it exactly where I wanted it to go on my page using my Cameo and cut them both from white cardstock. Next, I backed some of opening with patterned paper and adhere then on opposite sides of my layout. I also added some Washi tape to the top of the cut file and place a die-cut star in the middle.

I used one of the Cardstock sticker from the 'Great Outdoors' collection as a title for my layout and also added a few more stickers around the title, love the added interest this create!

I matted my photo with some color cardstock and adhered it using foam tape for added dimension.  I created a small cluster of embellishments on the bottom right hand corner of my photo using Cardstock and 3D stickers.

I created a smaller cluster down in the bottom left hand corner of the layout, using a couple of sentiment stickers, another one of those cute 3D Sticker and a die-cut star.

I finished the page off with a few more die-cut stars and some paint splatters!

Thanks for stopping by today! I hope I inspired you to create something beautiful using your Paper House products!

Happy Today | My Creative Scrapbook

Hi My Scrapping Friends!

Today I have a new layout to share with you, featuring this month's gorgeous main kit from My Creative Scrapbook

On this layout, I documented a photo of my son and his Grandmother sharing a special moment. I opted for a black and white photo and added some layers behind it using patterned paper as well as some colored cardstock.

I created a cluster on the left hand side of my photo that included a few Simple Stories 'Bloom' die-cuts, a chipboard sticker also from the 'Bloom' collection as well as a doily which was tucked underneath my photo.

A strip of pattern paper were added to the middle section of the layout as well as some machine stitching. The beautiful circular design found on one of the patterned paper in this month's main kit were perfect to use to create a multiple circle scallop design, one was added to the very top of my layout and the other was added below the pattern paper strip.

I used a couple of chipboard stickers as the title for my page and placed them directly on top of my photo.

I finished the layout off with a few cardstock stickers and sentiments.

I hope I inspired you today to create something beautiful using the August, main kit!

Never Stop Exploring | Paper House Productions

Hi My Scrapping Friends!

Today I'm sharing a school theme layout using the gorgeous Color Washed collection from Paper House Productions! Do you love the look of a mix media background, but you're afraid to give it a try then this collection is for you. In the Color Washed 12x12 paper pad the mix media look is already added to the pages so all of the work is already done for you ;)))

I documented a couple of photos of Max that were taken in preschool. I love how the photos were able to capture how engrossed he was on his tasks.

Here's a look at the pattern paper I used as my background, absolutely perfect for anyone who like the look of mixed media but without the mess!

I cut my cut file from some white cardstock and then attached to my background with some foam adhesive.

After placing my photos, I used one of the Color Washed cardstock sticker as a title for my page.

Added two of the cardstock banners from the Color Washed Cardstock multi pack to both sides of my title, which I adhered using foam squares and finished the layout off with a few more stickers place around my page, as well as a couple of stamped speak bubbles to tie in with the School theme!

Catch Of The Day | Paper House Productions

Hi Scrapping Friends!!!

Today I'm sharing a fishing layout featuring The Great Outdoors Collection from Paper House! My guys love fishing at the lake and since I had a few photos that need to be documented, the Great Outdoors Fishing kit was perfect for this layout of my husband. On this particular day he was so excited to finally catch a decent size Bass instead of the usual small ones and started yelling for me to get the camera...it was absolutely hysterical!!!

Here are the names of the patterned papers I use on this page: Beneath The StarsInto The WoodsGone Fishin' and Call Of The Wild.

The pattern papers were cut into different size strips and place along the right hand side of the photo, on an angle.

I used one of the 3D sticker found in the fishing kit for my title and place it onto a talk bubble. I also added a couple more 3D sticker from the I'd Rather be Fishing to the top right hand corner of the title.

In the bottom left hand corner I added another small cluster of I'd Rather be Fishing 3D stickers. How adorable is that fishing lure and the bucket of bait!!!

I added the beautiful hand painted Birch and Leaf Washi Tape to the top of my layout, which created another focal point on my page!

I finished the layout off with a few fussy cut fish and some ink stappers.

Thanks for stopping by :) xx
